Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be authorised by email HERE. Return requests must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.
Please return your item using an economy signed for service. Luxe Co will only be responsible for postage fees if the item is faulty. If a refund is issued, we will only refund the purchase price minus the original postage or shipping fee.
If a product is needed to be exchanged, a new order can be placed for the correct item and a simple return of the previous item can be conducted within 14 days of the order date.
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement faulty item is FREE of charge. Please return your item using an economy signed for service.
