      Returns & Exchanges Policy

      Returns Policy United Kingdom

      Please send your Products back to us in their original condition and unworn condition, in the original packaging with all tags still attached with the appropriate purchasing documentation. Failure to do this may result in delays in processing any exchange or refund.

      Returns and exchanges must be advised to our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery.

      All costs associated with the delivery/return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer except in the case that the Product is defective/faulty.

      All returns must be authorised by sending an email to our customer services team at customerservice@australialuxeco.com will then send you the correct returns address. 

      If your product is defective/faulty we will send you an online link to create a free of charge return via Royal Mail for UK only orders. 

      Exchanges

      We do not offer exchanges unless an item is faulty/defective or on the rare occasion you have been sent an item in error.

      If you wish to re-order following your return, please order directly on our website. We recommend you re-order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

      Where possible we will honour any original discounts that you received.

      Refunds Policy

      If you cancel this Contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

      We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in the value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

      We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

      We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

      We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

      If you return a Product for any other reason, we shall examine the Product and notify you of your refund via email or exchange within a reasonable period. 

      Please allow 21 days from receipt of goods at our warehouse for refunds and credits to be processed.

      Products returned as a result of a defect with be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.

      We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

      International taxes, Shipping & Duties

      We recommend shopping on our International websites should you require a delivery outside the UK.
